a distance of 111.34 feet; thence along the West
line of Sec 12, South 0*33'16" East, a distance
of 1535.66 feet to the Northwest corner of that
parcel of land described to Dave Soderstrom,
et ux, recorded April 20, 1967 in Book 50 of
Official Records, at page 223, Lyon County,
Nevada, records; thence along the North line of
said Soderstrom's land South 89*59'00" East a
distance of 2644.11 feet to the East line of the
said NW4 of Sec 12; thence along the said East
line North 0*40'56" West, a distance of 1528.25
feet to the South line of said Day Lane; thence
along the South right of way line South 89*59'04"
West, a distance of 2216.44 feet to the beginning
of a curve therein; thence continuing along the
said South right of way line on a curve to the
right having a radius of 10,050.00 feet, through
an angle of 2*25'02" for a distance of 424.00
feet to the place of beginning.
