Lyon County Recorder's Office, and being a 5/8"
rebar tagged RLS 235, said point bears N. 73 32'
48" E., 1735.44 feet from the Southwest corner of
said sec 20; thence S. 36 06' 03"., along the
Easterly line of said Parcel 2-c, 207.10 feet to
the Southeast corner thereof and also being the
Northerly right-of-way line of Laxalt Drive;
thence S. 55 18' 24" W., along the Southerly line
of said Parcel 2-c and said Northerly Right-of-way
line 190.77 feet; thence N. 36 15' 22" W., 208.34
feet to a point on the Northerly line of said
Parcel 2-C; thence N 55 40' 28" E., along said
Northerly line 190.77 feet to the point of
beginning. Reference is hereby made to that
certain Record of Survey Recorded April 27, 1993
as Document No. 160764, Lyon County Official
Records.
