Canyon Creek, commencing on the NW corner of the
Knickerbocker Engine House and running thence
North along the line of said Pike or Second Street
100 feet; thence North 75 degrees East 150' thence
South 75 degrees West at 100 feet N E corner of
the Engine House, 150 feet to the place of
beginning; and being the same premises conveyed
to George Rammelkamp by J L Campbell by a certain
deed date May 24, 1897; also that certain other
piece or parcel of land beginning at the North
East corner of the above described lot and
running thence Easterly 16 feet; thence Southerly
34 feet; thence Westerly 140 feet; thence
Northerly 8 feet to a point on the South line
of the first above described lot; 12 feet East
of the NE corner of the Engine House; thence
Easterly 88 feet to the SE corner of the first
above described lot; thence along the East line of
said lot in a Northerly direction 100 feet to the
place of beginning. The lots and premises herein
conveyed being the same heretofore owned and
occupied by said George Rammelkamp as a residence.
