of the City of Yerington; thence first course East
along the South boundary lines of Lots 27, 28, 29
and 30 of Block 61 of the HANSON and Kaufman
Tract to the Southeast corner of said Lot #30, a
distance of 100 feet; thence second course at
right angles South a distance of 40 feet; thence
third course West at right angles and parallel to
