North 40 feet; thence West 100 feet, to the East
line of Center Street; thence South along the
East line of Center Street 55 feet to the place
of beginning.
Parcel 2; Commencing at the point of beginning at
the Northeast corner of the intersection of
Virginia Street and Center Street in the City of
Yerington, which point is 264 feet, more or less,
West of the Northwest corner of the intersection
of Virginia and Main Streets in said City;
thence from said point of beginning East along
